The importance of warm-ups!

Sometimes warming up can feel like a drag and you just want to get right into exercising.  However, particularly if you live in Geelong where it can get pretty cold, we believe that to avoid injury and to get the most out of your personal training or group training workouts, preparation is pretty important!
