What is Group Personal Training?

Fit for Living’s Group Personal Training sessions are a nice, intimate size of  up to 20 or so people. Our groups are supportive and motivating – full of PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU who want to burn fat and be fitter and healthier.

It’s the FUN WAY TO BURN FAT! Sessions are varied to keep it interesting and workouts may include: fitness boxing, circuit training, interactive games, running and jogging, strength exercises, stairs, push ups, sit ups, core strengthening exercises, body weight and compound movements. Our aim is to ensure you are kept safe, have fun, burn calories and fat and to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals.

My fitness is poor – will I cope with Group Personal Training? It doesn’t matter if you’re not the fastest or the strongest. If you are putting in 100% during a session, you will get amazing results. It’s about CHALLENGING yourself so you can achieve your goals.

You’ll never get bored with group personal training!

Group personal training is nothing like going to the gym.  If you get bored easily or don’t enjoy the repetition of the gym – GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING IS THE RIGHT EXERCISE FOR YOU!

Our philosophy is that you have to start somewhere and we don’t mind where that is. If you can walk and are willing to put in the time and effort, you can participate.
