For years I’ve been trying to lose weight. I’ve spent hundreds of hours in the gym, doing classes and generally slogging it out. I have had body change, but NEVER weight loss. I’ve tried Low Fat, Low Calorie diets and felt that the only way to lose weight was to always be hungry but food was not something I was willing to give up. Not until I decided that I needed to take a different approach that I found Fit for Living. Not only are the Fit for Living workouts challenging and fun, but the nutritional advice, which goes with it, makes the workouts super effective. I really enjoy the group training and I also do some weight training with Tim and already have lost 3kgs and 10cm off my waist. At last I’m heading in the right direction because now I have the RIGHT TOOLS! The best thing is I’m NEVER hungry and feel a million bucks.
