I was somewhat apprehensive about signing up for the 66 day challenge, but I shouldn’t have been worried. I have often struggled with motivation to stick at going to gyms, or have not had the motivation to work hard enough to get results, but this time around, I pushed myself hard, and took the nutritional advice in board and made wholesale changes to my diet.
66 days later and 20.4kgs gone, it was most definitely a success.
The environment at Fit for Living is fantastic. There are no muscle guys in front of mirrors, no show offs, just genuine people working hard to achieve their own goals.
All of the trainers were incredibly encouraging, and it was a pleasure to turn up each day and work out.
I would highly recommend that anyone looking to make healthy and sustainable changes to their lifestyle to check it out.
