Kelly had never been successful with sticking to an exercise program before taking on a Personal Training and Nutrition program with Fit For Living. She was hesitant at first start something new because of her experiences of failing in the past.

However, within just 12 weeks she lost 11 kilos, improved her fitness levels, her mood and confidence; and years later she continues a healthy routine.
