I just wanted to say thank you for your encouragement during all my training sessions with you. My fitness level has increased dramatically since the start of training 2 years ago. I am now able to do fun runs, which I never thought I could do in a million years, and have now set myself the challenge to compete in a mini triathlon next year. Without your determination to push me through I would never have achieved the results I have achieved so far. Thanks for the inspiration!
