Steve tackled one of Fit for Living’s short intense challenges to help shed body fat and increase his lean muscle.

The result? He managed to lose 8 kilos and increased his strength in all areas by lifting weights, which he’d never done on his own before. Not only that, but Steve went cold turkey on alcohol and realised how foggy his brain had been when drinking. Now he has a lot more energy and 4 months later he’s enjoying his ongoing training at Fit for Living and his NEW, energetic lifestyle.
