Fit for Living’s Targeted Fat Loss Fitness groups sessions are a nice, intimate size of up to 20 or so people. Our groups are supportive and motivating – full of PEOPLE JUST LIKE YOU who want to burn fat and be fitter and healthier.
It’s the FUN WAY TO BURN FAT! Sessions are varied to keep it interesting and workouts may include: fitness boxing, circuit training, interactive games, running and jogging, strength exercises, stairs, push ups, sit ups, core strengthening exercises, body weight and compound movements. Our aim is to ensure you are kept safe, have fun, burn calories and fat and to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals.
