Favorite food: Everything! I love food but for my last meal I would have a steak, sweet potato chips and salad!

What are your interests/hobbies: I love to get lost in music and dance, sing, choreograph, read anything and everything and write.

Favorite kind of training: I love sports specific training, incorporating strength, endurance and dynamics in relation to the given sport. Improving functional movement, power and speed!

What do you like most about working at Fit For Living: I like the emphasis that is placed on nutrition as it plays such an important role in reaching your goals.

Why did you decide to become a Personal Trainer/Coach: I believe exercise is medicine. It has helped me personally in so many ways and avenues in my life that I want to be able to share the positive effects and benefits with others and help them the way exercise has helped me.

What’s your burning desire in life: My burning desire is to contribute to others’  health and happiness and to make an impact in their lives for the better.
